Education

Our goal is to serve as a model which lifts the standards of education and demonstrates student success at the primary, secondary and post-secondary level. Our Ugandan teachers encourage participation, debate, critical thinking, and self-expression.

Health

We understand that health is central to a child’s long-term success. That’s why we have two clinics to ensure that both the students and members of the community at large have access to reliable, high quality health services. Healthy students learn better!

Community Development

REACH’s ripple effect is felt throughout the community. As a major employer, we impact the local economy and entrepreneurial opportunities through our demand for construction services, school supplies, textbooks, food, transportation, and more.

Being able to witness education in different parts of the world will be hugely beneficial to my work back in the US and being able to teach my students about the world as a whole. It has enabled me to continue building bridges across our world to create a better future. This trip has helped me to become a better teacher and has reconfirmed for me that I am in the right profession. My passions have always been rooted in international educational advocacy and promoting education as a basic human right, and Arlington has given me the opportunity to start moving in that direction.
