Led by Board President and former Uganda Peace Corps Volunteer Dick Burk and his wife Carole, this trip is a great way to experience and understand REACH for Uganda's operations in Uganda by spending time volunteering at the school and health clinics, visiting the families of sponsored students, and touring REACH outreach schools.
This year we’ve expanded the trip to include adults who wish to bring their children.
This trip includes a chance to see the beauty of Uganda with excursions, such as whitewater rafting on the Nile, hiking Sipi Falls, taking land and river safaris in Murchison Falls National Park, going rhino tracking, and visiting Kampala.
An evening lecture on the history of Uganda and its peoples is included.
The cost of the Adult Trip is estimated at $3,000 per person, which does not include the flight to Uganda.
A $500 deposit is due by March 1, and the balance is due by May 15.
All fees are non-refundable.
