There are a ton of favorite memories for me of my time volunteer, but I really liked the one on one conversations with the kids and the people. I had a tremendous conversation with Esther, who asked me 100+ questions on everything in America from pets to job interviews to family dynamics. It was fun and enlightening.  I also enjoyed our political conversations over dinner to understand Ugandan history and current environment.
